What happens at the end of the Special Product Period?

At the end of the Special Fixed/Tracker/Capped/Discounted period of each product detailed above, your mortgage will revert to our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) applicable at the time (currently 5.49%).

What about Discounted Products?

Some Leeds Building Society mortgages are discounted if Homecover (Buildings and Contents insurance) is also taken out with the society. This is detailed in the "Homecover Discount" column. If available you will receive a 0.24% discount on the interest rate detailed in the "Gross" column.

Re-Mortgaging?

Leeds Building Society can offer a quick and efficient in-house re-mortgage legal service.
