A simple guide to your mortgage account
You will receive your 2016 annual mortgage statement in February 2017.
Your statement will show payments that you’ve made, interest charged, insurance premiums charged (if applicable), plus details of any fees and charges added to your mortgage during 2016. As part of your statement, you’ll also receive an interest rate history, details of your outstanding balance and other important information.
